Restart for Success

Hi buddies…

Ok so things seem to of gotten a little intense in my life since last year. Was in a car accident and was doing a bunch of treatment etc, couldn’t go to the gym like I was used to, got married, and well, life…so I’m back…to restart for success…

I’m calling on all people interested in being SERIOUS Coaches for our buds. I’m going to post a new post/thread to re-develop our circle again.

 I’m excited to be back and looking forward to each and every one of our successes, no matter how big or small they are…

This Coach program is taking off really really well, so well in fact that, I NEED MORE COACHES!

Are you able to dedicate a few moments a day or a few times a week to stay in contact with those looking for some guidance on the Slim? If so send me a message and let me know.

Basic duties are to just keep in contact with your slims and help to keep them motivated and on track.

so im 2lbs away from halfway!!!!! 17lbs to go to goal and i have 3 months left to do it in, well 12.5 weeks but that’s all good. That’s only 1.36lbs a week to reach goal on time, but honestly in 4lbs i’ll be back to the lowest that I’ve been in a very very VERY long time (we are talking like 10 years!).

FINALLY!

…a scale drop. 3 weeks at a gym and nothing and finally this morning a drop below 170!!!! i had to log 170 instead of 169.6 cause Doc hasnt changed the increments yet :)

I’m a gym machine…

Ok not literally but I got this gym thing down. I started going on the 3rd and have missed 2 days and today is the 18th!!!! go me go.

 Had a wicked workout today…I think Ash is going to kill me but it’ll be a good one and I know I’ll look great for my wedding if I keep at it so I’m cruising along and not paying much attention.

WANTED: Top Motivators!!!

Hi guys…

If you are reading this thread then you are probably here and thinking “Im a top motivator” and that is awesome!!!

I’m currently looking for 3 “Coaches” to help aid myself and Dr Marc in creating an even better experience for newbies (and current members) first coming to the site. Our aim will be to ‘coach’ newbies into the site and into the first few weeks of their weight loss journey!

Although it sounds easy enough, this is a position not to be taken lightly. There are guidelines that need to be followed and failure to meet the needs will result in a replacement. The first few weeks are the most important, kind of like the first impression. As a coach you must be able to commit a certain amount of time in keeping with each of your own slimmers experiences. You need to stay in contact with your slimmers at least once a day and be able to address any S.O.S’s that they might encounter while trying to get familiar with the site and it’s features. People sign on to lots of sites, but sometimes become so overwhelmed that they never return, we want to change that.

This is a new site development that we hope to have take off and do great things and who better to head it up than people who know first hand what it’s like to have a fantastic support system while trying to go through the ups and downs of their own journey. It’s a technique by the slimmers for the slimmers.

So proud of me!

So I have been to the gym 4 times this week, today will be 5, been on a great nutritional plan 4 days in a row, today will be 5, and so far I’m down 2.4lbs. After this week I’ll be aiming to get at least a 1.6lbs loss a week. The initial week is always a water week with Jenny Craig and I’m ok with that. Once I see the 160’s again I’ll be motivated and then the 150’s again (158 lowest I remember) I’ll be just motoring along!!!!

Gym time…

So in about an hour I’m off to the gym for an hour of good cardio and then i have circuit training orientation, should be fun. Tuesday I’m going to die…I meet with my personal trainer and apparently she’s the top trainer they have and I’m going to be hurtin’…nice!!!

Day 1

Well props to me, I went to the gym and did about 40 minutes of cardio. I was there for an hour but trying to figure out all the ‘new’ machines etc took a little time despite my friend showing me, I’ll get it, promise!!!

Hopefully going in again today for Day 2 to a new me this afternoon for at LEAST 60 minutes of cardio and maybe only 10 minutes trying to get the machines to work!!! LOL

The serious restart…

Alright so the serious restart is beginning tomorrow! I got myself a gym membership tonight PLUS a personal trainer for the next 3 months…no excuses!!!
